Maxim also prints and distributes posters so that employers can advertise clinics well in advance.

For retail partners, we devise an annual public relations campaign, which includes sending press releases that promote Maxim's flu clinics and our internet-based flu shot locator. Employed Personnel vs. Subcontracted

All Maxim flu clinics are staffed by highly trained Maxim nurses under the supervision of a senior Director of Clinical Services. These nurses are all Maxim employees who have successfully completed a rigorous screening and skills testing process prior to being hired. We train all of our flu clinic nurses internally utilizing one standardized training methodology. This practice ensures consistent, high quality delivery of flu immunizations and information throughout the United States.

Internal Infrastructure Which Promotes Effective Communication

All Maxim offices have the ability to instantly communicate through our Wide Area Network (WAN). Our Information Services department has developed an extensive Intranet site for our offices to share information, policies and procedures and all necessary materials to run our wellness programs. This electronic infrastructure also allows each of our offices to quickly report clinic results to our centralized corporate databases. In addition, Maxim has developed a software program, FluMax, to help facilitate our flu shot and wellness programs. All schedules and specific results of each clinic will be entered into this program, which will allow our offices to provide customized databases and reports for all clients who request them.

Customer Service

One of Maxim's goals is to provide excellent customer service to each and every client. We uphold this mission by assigning a single point of contact to every wellness program, who will respond quickly to client needs. Our Customer Service Center , located at Maxim's corporate headquarters in Columbia , Maryland , is staffed with Wellness Program Managers throughout the year to help coordinate events. We have an extensive management team consisting of Regional Managers and Regional Directors of Clinical Services to supervise all our offices and ensure client satisfaction.

Optional Online Clinic Management Service

Maxim Health Systems has clinic management software to help you reduce time-consuming administrative duties associated with flu and wellness events, simplify event promotions, and accurately predict attendance. The software was designed to empower our clients by giving them administrative control over their clinics and health events. It will make tracking clinic operations convenient by allowing you to:

  • Send email confirmations and reminders for the event
